All About You Medical Spa is committed to the health and safety of our patients and staff, now more than ever before in the wake of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. On this page, you’ll find more information outlining our health and safety protocol, specifically relating to COVID-19 safety precautions at our Fairfield, CT medical spa. Dr. Christine Gould and the rest of our team continue to monitor the situation closely and follow recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to ensure the safety precautions for our business remain in line with similar practices. All Employees Are Tested Monthly & Wear PPE for Your Safety

As part of our COVID-19 safety protocol, all employees at All About You Medical Spa will be tested monthly for antibodies. If an employee isn’t feeling well, a swab test will be required before they’re allowed to return to work. If the swab test results are positive, the employee will be asked to quarantine for two weeks before returning to work. In addition, we require our staff to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including masks, gloves, and face shields, at all times to prevent the person-to-person spread of the virus. We are also implementing the suggested six-foot social distancing with Lucite shields installed to separate employees from patients in Dr. Gould’s office.

Surfaces in Our Offices Are Cleaned & Disinfected Regularly

Staff is regularly wiping down all surfaces in our bathrooms, exam rooms, waiting room, and checkout area between patients using alcohol wipes and other suggested cleaning and disinfecting products. All floors are being mopped daily to keep our facility as sterile as possible. Touchless payment is also encouraged at this time to ensure your safety.

Prescreening Patients at Arrival to Check for COVID Symptoms

Our staff will be prescreening patients to check for COVID symptoms upon arrival for consultations. We’ll ask you how you’re feeling and take an infrared temperature scan to check for signs of fever. Other COVID symptoms to watch for include shortness of breath, chills, sweats, fatigue, sore throat, body aches, and a severe dry cough. If you’re experiencing any of these symptoms, we urge you to reschedule your appointment.

All About You Medical Spa will also be staggering our scheduling, so that no more than four staff are in-office at the same time. Patients are asked to call or knock prior to entry to maintain adequate social distancing inside our office. You may be asked to wait inside your car until previous patients have exited the building. We’re also providing patients with wipes and face masks if you aren’t already wearing one.
