Plus she explains everything she's doing and has a wonderful "bedside manner" combined with her authentically kind sensibilities. Her medical acumen and artistic eye produce beautiful, natural results that enhance aging skin. Based on my own personal observations and results, I think one would be hard pressed to find a comparable doctor to achieve desired results while feeling extremely comfortable and confident in her skillful expertise.

I am so pleased with Dr. Gould and what she was able to do for me. I went in last week very nervous and not exactly sure what I wanted done. I have been very displeased with some lines on my face and around my mouth. Being that I have never smoked I could not understand why I had these lines. I read for weeks all about Dr. Gould and her clients successes. So I made an appointment to talk with her. I NEVER felt like I was being pushed into anything. Dr. Gould explained what she could do for me. There were a few choices and we discussed how much the procedures were. We then decided on doing 4 threads. I started BioTE about 3 months ago and I have to say the results have been nothing short of miraculous! Working in Pharmaceuticals, I am skeptical of any treatments that are not in the mainstream, however, after much research I decided to give BioTE a try -I have not looked back since that day! Everything it was said to accomplish has happened for me and I keep feeling better. Dr Gould is amazing- knowledgeable, compassionate and true to her word . BBL – I have now had 4 treatments with amazing results
I am approaching 40 and decided a while back that it was time to take better care of my skin. I eat well but exercise a lot outside and the sun has taken its toll. I have tried lots of different skin treatments (peels, creams, laser) but nothing had a great, long lasting result. I then found Christine and the team via a google search and after our first meeting (and hearing about her extensive experience and client successes!), I immediately trusted her and her recommendations. Christine recommended that I would be a good candidate for BBL and I have now had 4 treatments with amazing results. My sun damage is less obvious, as are my fine lines! I’ll definitely plan to have this treatment at least 3 times a year.
On a side note the office is a lovely space, totally relaxing with a great team. I look forward to visiting every time :).

EmSculpt – belly is noticeably smaller already!
My boyfriend tried the EmSculpt in attempts kickstart his core and reduce old belly fat. It seems like the most effective and least invasive way of enhancing your abs aside from your standard work out. He says it feels like the vibration of a lawn mower over your abs that cause them to flex and release periodically. It's not painful just a strange sensation of flexing all of your abdominals, vibrating a bit and releasing. He was not sore at all after any of the treatments because one of the sequences is supposed to move the lactic acid from the muscles which usually makes you sore from ordinary muscle building. It's very similar to what I've seen used for physical therapy on injured muscles to help build them back up when someone is weak or injured. The only side effect he noticed was that he had to urinate far more frequently than usual after each treatment, assuming it's the body flushing out whatever was being worked on. His belly is noticeably smaller already but apparently it takes 6 weeks to notice full effects. With only four 30 minute sessions, zero pain or soreness and the fact that it's electromagnetic makes it the easiest way to attack belly fat in my opinion! The whole staff at All About You Medical Spa we're very kind and helpful through the whole process. Definitely recommend this for anyone who's trying to cut down on belly fat or kick start their core.
EmSculpt – It was truly amazing!
I went to Dr. Christine Gould last week and had an EmSculpt treatment. I did the treatment on my abdomen, and it was truly amazing. It feels like waves of contractions, and was very comfortable, and even felt good after a while! Dr. Gould says I need four treatments to see the full impact, but after just one I am already starting to see results. I can't wait to also do the treatment on my butt, which is supposed to be equivalent to 20,000 squats! Wow! Love this establishment and the lovely ladies who work here.

I spent the majority of my life frolicking around the world without sunscreen. When I hit 40, my skin started showing the abuse! I had freckles/spots peppered over patchy skin with premature wrinkling! It was a very somber day when I took a good look at myself in the mirror. BUT Dr. Gould is a miracle worker! She introduced me to the Picosure laser and it has been amazing! No more freckles/age spots. No more patchy skin and even the wrinkles have faded! The Picosure is painless with barely any down time.

SculpSure is absolutely amazing. It reduces fat dramatically even with one treatment. It's supposed to be a 30% reduction, but I think it was even higher than that in a few areas. The heat improves the texture of the skin immediately as well. Y I noticed a dramatic change about seven or eight weeks after treatment. There is some discomfort when the cycle is on the highest setting, but it is absolutely worth it for the results you will see. The heat doesn't last long with each cycle, and the cool phase comes before you know it. I am personally very active and I eat well, but there are areas of fat that have been impossible to reduce through exercise and diet alone. SculpSure treats those stubborn areas incredibly well. You can't spot-treat fat by dieting, but SculpSure makes it possible. It's also amazing how many areas of the body can be treated with this machine. You can treat almost any area that bothers you. It's addictive in a very good way!! I have already recommended SculpSure to a few friends (who love it) and I recommend it 100% to anyone who is interested and doing research on the different treatments available. Dr. Gould offers CoolSculpting as well, but I think SculpSure is more effective and you can do a lot more areas.

I just wanted to tell you that there is no comparison to the Botox you did on my forehead VS what I had in the past ... Your work is FAR superior ! I am so pleased with the results.
Additionally, I had to go to a dermatologist in NYC while I was at work because I broke out in major hives ( no stress in my life ) and I spoke to the dr about Botox and he said that whoever did mine did an outstanding job. He said he can usually identify those who have had Botox but could not tell with me. So even from a professional you get an A + rating.
